Revolutionizing Business Aviation
Consolidating individual aircraft owners into a single fleet, leveraging the advantages of scale.

Permanently and profoundly transform business aviation
It is widely recognized that meaningful progress often necessitates transformative changes. Although our intention is not to cause distress to any stakeholders, we are dedicated to redefining – business aviation. This revolutionary approach may inevitably lead to some disruption.

EJSS Advantage
By providing comprehensive oversight and utilizing our significant purchasing power, EJSS holds MRO providers accountable, protecting our clients’ interests and finances. Achieving a critical mass of just 25+ aircraft will bring us to our break-even point, signaling the start of our transformative journey.

Unified Fleet Concept
EJSS consolidates individual aircraft owners into a single fleet, leveraging the advantages of scale.

MRO Prioritization
Fleet owners receive expedited service and discounted pricing from EJSS Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) providers.

Pilot Assurance
Pilots need not worry about maintenance details, as EJSS ensures all care is meticulously managed.

Fairness and Safety
While aircraft owners prioritize safety and trust, MROs may not always act in the owners’ financial best interest. Our aim is to rectify this imbalance.

Simplifying Business Aviation
Navigating the complexities of business aviation is akin to solving a Rubik’s Cube, a challenge many aircraft owners find daunting and costly.

Accessibility for All
A business aviation system with broad accessibility for all, jet owners and the flying public alike, ensuring a very sustainable business model.
Ed Bolen, President of NBAA, and The Honorable John Goglia
The business aviation industry has been dysfunctional since at least 1962.
Our solution doesn’t just disrupt the industry; it revolutionizes it, all while eliminating liabilities, risks, and the need for FAA involvement. Operating with minimal overhead, our approach is guided by the principle of ONCE ™ – Own Nothing, Control Everything – which streamlines and simplifies our impact on business aviation.

Revolutionizing
Business Aviation

Industry Context
The business aviation industry has faced persistent inefficiencies for more than half a century. Today, it is saturated with inexperienced players.

Our Solution
We tackle a critical and enduring issue in business aviation: “utilization.” Operating with minimal overhead, we revolutionize the industry.

Market Opportunity
Our potential market is far more expansive than traditionally envisioned.
Our focus extends beyond the traditional market as we embrace the overlooked segments that are ripe for innovation and growth. Currently, there are approximately 41,500 corporate aircraft in operation, which represents just a fraction of the broader and more desirable market we aim to capture. We plan to engage with the corporate and private aviation sector through targeted social media and mailer platforms.
After we establish the initial phase of our ‘Feedback Loop’ on the maintenance side, we are set to revolutionize the industry in unprecedented ways. The reason this market remains untapped is simple – a lack of awareness. It exists, it is essential, and it is in demand. All the necessary infrastructure is already in place; the establishment of our traveler/passenger model will seamlessly launch this transformation, besides creating an On Demand National Charter System with those clients that wish to participate in the other side of the ‘Feedback Loop,‘ — Utilization. Inquire with us to increase your CHARTER COMPANY’S UTILIZATION.

EJSS’s proprietary analyzer, on the left, can look at any aircraft type and once the hours are known, within seconds, EJSS can determine how much money EJSS can save any aircraft owner. No one else has this capability. Then using that information, we can assess the amount of money we can save any client on their aircraft over every year. EJSS can also use that same system to create mailers as seen in the top right to send to all aircraft owners using programs that list all the current aircraft and their owners that exist.
For example, we can show a given aircraft like the Lear 55 with its current selling price and use the information on the top of hours flown and tell anyone just how much we can and will save in percentage of value. In the case of the Lear 55 we are talking about saving 329% of the purchase price over 5 years on our program.
